Eliza Fraser-Mackenzie is a digital designer and textile artist whose work blends traditional methods with modern digital innovation. After studying textile design at Cardiff Metropolitan University, she went on to work as Head Designer for a luxury homeware brand in the UK before moving into the digital design industry. Her creative journey has spanned across textiles, graphic design, and photography, giving her a diverse foundation of skills and perspectives.
At the core of her practice is a love for digital creativity and the interplay between physical and digital processes. She enjoys developing hand-drawn sketches and paintings, then enhancing and transforming them with modern digital tools to create distinctive patterns and visual pieces. This approach allows her to merge tactile artistry with contemporary techniques, resulting in designs that are both original and versatile.
Her textile work is inspired by culture, nature, and pattern-making traditions, often reimagined with a modern eye. By combining traditional craftsmanship with digital precision, she produces designs that work across a range of mediums—from fabrics and homeware to graphic and digital applications. Each piece reflects her creative curiosity, her attention to detail, and her belief in design as a form of storytelling.
